Prior to MHV, he served as Chief Sales & Strategy Officer at Flow, an ethical AI-enabled credit management firm. His venture journey began as a founding member of a wealth-tech startup Kristal.AI. Arun’s foundation was built in Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers and Nomura, spanning the global financial hubs of New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

A recognized thought leader, Arun is a regular contributor to major outlets including Channel News Asia and MoneyFM. He also serves as a Training Consultant at the Fintech Academy and holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering (magna cum laude) from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
