Prior to joining MHV, Cynthia held several leading positions in multiple startups across sectors, primarily focusing on commercial strategy and business development/analysis. She led and built one of the categories in Ula, a B2B Commerce backed by Jeff Bezos. Before that, she was Head of Sales Strategy & Analytics and spearheaded international expansion initiatives in Go-Jek. She co-founded a retail-as-a-service startup, making premium retail space accessible to DTC brands in Indonesia. 

She receives MSc in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College London and BSc in Industrial Engineering from Institute Technology of Bandung.
