Ray is an Operating Advisor at Monk’s Hill Ventures, a venture capital firm investing in early-stage tech companies, primarily Series A, in Southeast Asia. His expertise includes strategy, investment and business development.

Ray is VP of Special Projects at Amman Mineral, the owner-operator of the second-largest copper-gold mine in Indonesia. In this role he focuses on corporate actions, investment, change management and partnerships. He is currently spearheading business transformation for key functions such as Government Relations, Community Development, Security and External Affairs. He holds master's degrees from Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Harvard Kennedy School, as well as a bachelor's degree from Yale University.
