He is the co-founder of Basis AI, which builds scalable, accountable AI products to help enterprises unlock growth, create personalized experiences, and manage risk. Linus previously was at Twitter Singapore as Head of Data Science. He joined its San Francisco headquarters as one of Twitter’s first data scientists in 2012. Afterwards, he relocated to the Singapore office to lead and build out Twitter’s data science in this region. Prior to Twitter, Linus was an algorithmic trader at Gray Whale Capital, specializing in statistical arbitrage strategies for trading derivatives.

Linus graduated with a Bachelors in Physics and Masters in Statistics from Stanford University.
